This policy explains what information AC Install Pro collects when you use this website and the game, why we collect it, and your rights. We keep it short and we collect as little as we can.
Who we are
AC Install Pro is run by Nyika Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect and why

Apart from the pilot request form, we don't ask for your name, address, phone number or payment details. We never sell your information or share it for other companies' marketing.
Your game progress stays on your device
Your progress, scores and settings are saved in your own browser's storage on your device, so you can carry on where you left off. They are not sent to us. You can clear them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Cookies and usage statistics
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If we count how the game is used (for example, how many people start or finish a stage), we use Umami, a privacy-friendly tool that sets no cookies and does not identify you.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of trusted services to run the site. They only process your information on our instructions:
- Netlify hosts this website and stores the forms you send us. Netlify is based in the USA. Transfers to the USA are covered by the safeguards in Netlify's data processing agreement, such as contract terms approved for UK data transfers.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google and shares your IP address to download them.
- Umami, if switched on, counts anonymous usage as described above.
- An email service (such as Mailchimp or Brevo) may be used to send update emails. If we start using one, we'll name it here.
How long we keep it
- Your email address: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we haven't emailed you for 2 years, we delete it.
- Consent records: for as long as we hold your email, plus 2 years, so we can show you agreed.
- Feedback: up to 2 years, then deleted or made anonymous.
- Pilot requests: for as long as we are discussing or running a pilot with your centre, then up to 2 years.
Unsubscribing
Every update email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@acinstallpro.co.uk with "Unsubscribe" and we'll remove you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it
- take it to another service
- withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
AC Install Pro is a training game for people learning the trade. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before signing up for emails.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll tell you by email first.
